The 2016 Kia Sedona is perhaps the most comfortable minivan on the road today. There's no better choice for your family's day to day activities thanks to a loaded set of available features. Plus the Sedona is an award-winning safety marvel. As the van options continue to shrink every year, Kia keeps improving its minivan. So if you are looking for the ultimate family van, this is the right choice to park in your driveway.

Uncompromised Comfort

The first thing you'll notice on your test drive is how comfortable this minivan is. The Sedona was voted one of Ward's Automotive top ten interiors, with tons of legroom for the front and back seat companions. The Sedona also has one of the easiest third row entries of any minivans.

Perhaps the neatest comfort features optional to the Sedona is the reclining second row captain's chairs. This is basically like having two Lay-Z-Boys in the second row, so image you nice it will be to stretch out like never before on that long road trip. Up front you'll enjoy plus bucket seat with plenty of legroom and even more cushion for a comfortably ride.

The Sedona also offers optional heated and cooled front seats and optional heated second row seats. When you upgrade to the rear DVD player, it is probably more comfortable to watch a movie in a Sedona than a theater.

Other great comfort options include a panoramic sunroof and optional rear sun shades to keep the kids safe in the back.

Loaded with Technology

The 2016 Kia Sedona is a tech marvel offered with all the options of the modern vehicle. The next generation UVO turns your van into a cell phone on wheels, and it starts with Apple's Siri. Just like with your iPhone, Siri lets you control the tech with just your voice. Siri can play your music, control your Bluetooth or set the temperature. UVO is also paired with Google, so even if you are using your laptop or cell phone, you can save a destination and send it directly to car. The Sedona with UVO even has a Geo Fence option, so if you have a teen driver you can set a geo fence of where they are allowed to go, and if they go further than that, you will notified. Of course the Sedona offers Navigation and satellite radio right on the center console.

Technology and Safety combines better than ever on the 2016 Kia Sedona. It comes with an optional Surround View Monitor. Instead of just a standard backup camera, four cameras are mounted around the car so you can see what is happening behind, in front and to the sides of your Sedona. So getting in and out tight spaces is easier than ever

The technology options continue with rear technology alerts, blind spot warnings, collision mitigation and lane drift warnings. So basically these options serve as an extra guardian angel, alerting you of any potential dangers you may find on the road. The car will beep and even brake itself if danger is approaching.

The Sedona is also an IIHS Top Safety Pick thanks to these aforementioned safety options, high strength steel, innovative seat belt options and airbags.

Under the Hood

The 2016 Kia Sedona has a standard 3.3 liter V6 engine that produces 276 horsepower and a quieter ride. The Sedona is more than a pretty face as well with a maximum 3,500 pounds of towing capacity.

There are 8 exterior color choices and four interior color and fabric choices.
